This direct-to-consumer approach allows us to reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding unnecessary middle-warehousing.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Estimated Delivery Times

Since we ship our curated pieces directly from our international production hubs, delivery times may vary based on your location:

• Italy: 7-12 business days.

• United States: 10-15 business days.

• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MIROVA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders to the EU and USA, customs fees are rarely applicable for single-item purchases.
