We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original MIROVA packaging.

How to Initiate a Return 

To start a return process, please contact our concierge team at info@mirovastudio.com. Please do not send items back to the address on your shipping label, as our return centers are located separately from our dispatch facilities. We will provide you with the correct return instructions via email.

Return Shipping

Please note that as an emerging independent brand utilizing international fulfillment, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Quality is our priority. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mirovastudio.com with a photo of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any verified quality concerns at no additional cost to you.
